Ring Sizing

Prong & Tip Repair

Prong and tip repair services are essential maintenance procedures to secure gemstones in jewelry settings like rings, earrings, and bracelets. Over time, the tiny metal claws (prongs) that hold stones in place wear down, thin out, or break, which can lead to losing a valuable gem.

As you wear your jewelry, watch for these red flags: (1) snagging or catching on your clothing or hair, (2) prongs visibly looking thinner, (3) faint rattling or seeing your stone shift, (4) a prong that's bent away from the stone or missing altogether.

Clasps and Restringing

Walk-in's are always welcome! With a variety of options on-hand, we provide clasp repair for simple mechanical issues or replace entire clasps if the internal spring mechanism has failed while you wait.

Professional pearl and bead restringing is a specialized craft that involves hand-knotting silk or nylon thread between each bead to ensure flexibility and security.

How to tell if you need to restring? Some indicators are (1) visible gaps or the strand appears longer than it used to be, (2) discoloration on the thread, or (3) fraying, "fuzzy", or thinning near the clasp.
